    • Medication Brand Name  extension + other : description is default need some words here
    • Medicines list is about providing care so need a title to reflect; and narrative (not an inventory list - we have not considered these use cases)
  • DB: Pharmacist Shared Medicine List Business Requirements talks about flag values additional to those included in HL7 AU MedicineItemChange code system: 'Dose changed', 'Dose increased' and 'Dose reduced'. Can we add these concepts into the code system?
  • DB: If a medicine list includes packed medicines (in a DAA),  how is this represented?
  • RTO long term extension - some R4 support for this now

    • Can create a list type for the use case (as a coding)
    • Clear names and usage defined
    • Create a code system - list of medication statements + a PSML ; more codes need to be defined and suggested
