Working Group Coordination

There are currently 4 working groups operating under HL7 Australia with their nominated scope of interests:

• Patient Administration - demographic/administration details for patient, organisations, practitioners, health care services; appointments, encounters
• Orders and Observations - laboratory, diagnostic imaging, investigations, vital sign and other clinical observables
• Medications - drug data, prescription, dispense record, medication summary statement; immunisations
• Child Health - child health related use cases

The Working Group Liaison Officer coordinates discussion, activities and support for working groups and reports directly to the HL7 Australia board.
